Jr. Project Manager

Project responsibilities:

You will help lead and manage initiatives tied to assigned customers OEMs and be experienced and comfortable with each phase of the SDLC. This position will be involved in all aspects of project management involving communication, planning, budgeting, scheduling, organizing, coordinating and conducting activities to ensure that policies, processes and program elements are completed on schedule, resulting in successful deliverables.

Customer relationship management:

You will ensure that all activities regarding each customer account meet or exceed the documented SLA. You must work effectively with internal teams, peers and external clients to ensure that projects and objectives are delivered on time and satisfy quality requirements. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable understanding, knowledge and experience working with both internal and external clients.

Work experience/Skills requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working on a project team in information technology preferred
  • Experienced managing project risk levels and identifying appropriate contingency plans
  • Ability to set realistic project milestones and deliver on the set milestone dates
  • Ability to operate successfully within a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to work with all departments from design to completion of a project
  • Demonstrated experience with documentation, presentation, and project management tools
  • Experience managing projects delivering web-based software applications preferred
  • Experience with ERP applications and integration concepts preferred
  • Experience with Procure to Pay and/or Procurement applications preferred.
  • Experience with Construction Equipment or Construction Rental industry preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working with external clients
  • Effective written and verbal communicator
